What to Expect

A guided experience designed to help your body shift out of stress and into deep rest.

The session begins with a gentle grounding meditation and transitions into an immersive sound journey using live instruments including: Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Guzheng (Chinese harp), Steel handpans, ocean drums, Koshi bells, and more

This is a fragrance-free event. Please avoid perfumes, essential oils, and scented products of any kind. Many attendees have sensitivities, and your mindfulness makes a big difference.
