Hi, I’m Erica.
I’m a nervous system coach, sound practitioner, and mindfulness teacher. I’ve walked through chronic illness, burnout, and the disorienting terrain of a body that no longer felt safe to live in.
There was a time when my system was constantly on edge — reactive, inflamed, exhausted. I know what it’s like to feel hijacked by symptoms. I also know what it’s like to slowly rebuild safety from the inside out.
My work blends somatics, nervous system education, mindfulness, and vagal nerve music therapy.
I don’t rush the process. I don’t override the body. I help you listen, build capacity, and create sustainable regulation.
