Collective Medicine Circle
A monthly gathering for self-care and connection.
You are the medicine. We are the medicine.
Community is the medicine. Connection is the medicine.
First Thursdays of each month beginning February 5th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Gathering on Ohlone and Bay Miwok land, now known as Orinda, Ca.
You’re invited to our Collective Medicine Circle
Let’s gather. Let’s carve out one evening a month to gather, ground, share, learn, laugh, and connect.
Let’s set an intention to center ourselves. We are witnessing so much suffering in the world today. Some is so near, felt in our bodies, and some far, felt in our hearts. Our nervous systems are on high alert. Our analyzing minds are overwhelmed.
Let’s gather to set an intention to regulate our nervous systems, make space for our emotions to be held, remember joy by practicing gratitude. Ground and center our bodies in the present moment of spacious awareness. Let’s be in communion with each other, our dear community. Let’s hold each other energetically as we navigate the joys and sorrows of life. Let’s teach each other how to ride the waves.
We will hold space for all of this intention in our circle. We will guide meditations, share stories and poetry, lead grounding practices to ease anxiety and reduce stress. We will encourage you to bring your medicine, your wisdom, your questions, anxieties, joys, compassion, sadness, yourself, as you are.
We yearn for a circle of support and this time to refill my cup. Do you?
Deep wisdom is shared in community. Let’s gather with the intention of inner and outer peace.
Let’s gather for the benefit of ourselves and for the ripple that will flow out as we each bring this collective medicine to every life we touch near and far.
We are comitting to a year of collective medicine circles with you. And we can’t wait.

Meet Alycia
-
Hi, I’m Alycia. I’m a women’s circle guide, gardener, and urban homesteader who believes that
nature is the oldest teacher we have, and that when we recalibrate to her rhythms, we recalibrate to ourselves. I teach people how to grow their own food and understand their land through hands-on garden coaching, the same way I guide women in circle: with practical skills, earth-based ritual, and honest reflection. Everything I do is rooted in helping people reconnect to their own inner knowing through co-regulation with nature, whether we’re tending a bed of soil or the parts of ourselves we’ve neglected for too long.

Why We Circle
We circle because life asks us to hold more than one person can carry alone. In all the tending and staying “fine”, many of us lose touch with our own needs. This is a pause—one place where nothing is asked of you and you can finally exhale. We circle to remember what it feels like to be grounded, present, and human, and because healing is gentler and more possible in community.
Inclusive and Supportive Environment
All are welcome; you belong here. We celebrate the diversity of our community and aim to create an inclusive, supportive experience. The space is ADA accessible. Unfortunately the bathrooms are not. Please reach out if you need assistance.
