  • Peace Practice (Free)

    Peace Practice is a free, monthly nervous system regulation space designed to help you pause, settle, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.

    Each month, you’re invited to a live, guided Peace Practice with gentle meditation, somatic and vagus nerve practices, grounding, and reflection. You’ll also have access to a small starter library with a welcome video and a few guided practices you can return to anytime.

    This offering will always remain free, because nervous system regulation should be accessible for all.

    Held on the first Wednesday of each month, via Zoom, 12pm Pacific / 2pm Central / 3pm Eastern

  • Peace Practice Circle (Opening Soon)

    Peace Practice Circle is for those who want more consistency and rhythm in their nervous system care.

    This ongoing group offering will include:

    • Four live group sessions per month

    • A growing library of recorded regulation practices and teachings

    • A community discussion space for reflection and connection

    • Access via app or desktop, live or on demand

    Circle is designed to be supportive without being overwhelming, and to offer steady co-regulation you can return to week after week.

    Live sessions will be held every Wednesday, alternating daytime and evening hours. Recorded sessions are available at any time.

  • Peace Practice Deeper Support (Available Now)

    Peace Practice Deeper Support offers individualized nervous system care for those who need deeper, more personalized support.

    This option includes:

    • One-on-one coaching sessions

    • Access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a non-invasive, listening-based vagus nerve support

    • Full access to Peace Practice Circle (optional weekly group sessions, content library, and community space)

    This is the primary way I’m offering the transformative Safe and Sound vagal nerve therapy moving forward—woven into a paced, relational container that honors your nervous system and your capacity.
